This contact channel is available only to MYQRAD customers. Before a message can be submitted, the account name and account email must match one active, verified MYQRAD customer record.
Verify your MYQRAD customer account
Both values must belong to the same customer record. Verification failures are intentionally generic and do not reveal which value did not match.
Verification is performed by app.myqrad.com against the customer database. The public marketing site does not load database or SMTP credentials.
